Received on time and in great condition.
I purchased two units one for each cat and one works perfectly. The other dispenses sometimes and not others. The bowl can be completely empty and the recorded sound will play but no food comes out. I know itrsquos not jammed because if I press the button to do a manual feed biscuits will come out So I have one very happy cat and one sad cat. Both units have been used since mid-August doing two feeds per day. I love the convenience but wish the second unit worked I will repurchase and hope the new unit works.
Was sceptical when I purchased this. I was worried about the amount it would dispense and was also worried that my cat would be able to steal more food. I am delighted to say that this is the best automatic feeder I could find Correct portion size everytime. And my cat can not access extra food. I highly recommend this product. Easy to set up and the battery backup is useful when we have a blackout.
The feeder was delivered in a very short time and after reading the manual was quite easy to set up and get operational. I didnt fit the batteries so unfortunately when we had yet another power failure the real time clock went out. Happily the feeding timer sequence didnt. Batteries were fitted and now a power failure isnt an issue. Give it a try very happy with this product.
