I purchased it a while ago. It does a good job. Floors are dry very quickly, almost instantly, which is what i like about it the most. Almost impossible to empty the water tank and as per instructions, no water should be left when storing after use. I used some of the other heads for cleaning the shower and it wasnt in particular the greatest.

I find this product light and easy to use. I have tried it on the shower wall on the first two rows from the base, but found it difficult. But it was great on the base and removed many ingrained stains from a shower chair. another couple of go's will probably see it all gone. I was very pleased. Thank You!

mop works ok for the price, disappointed that the hook arm that the cord wraps around was broken off (was still in original sealed plastic bag with handle but broken off) attachments of poor quality, used one of the brush attachments once, now might as well throw it out now

It is imposible to use this mop at all..as the mop cloth comes off the mop head as soon as i put it on the floor to glide...i tried to pull the string as tiet as possible but the thing to tighten the string in the moo cloth is loose itself...so doesn't hold onto mop.... Although i couldn't use it at all...will propbly never be abke to....but there is another thing that i noticed was...there is no mark for max or min steam tempreture...so it is completely confusing.... Please buy some other better steam mop....its a complete waste of money for me....
