Solid. A lot cheaper than the $1200 they wanted for local hardware one. I have used both on many occasions. The only difference i have noticed is the shogun one is not as smooth in the brake or extension bars. It looses a little paint when you pull them in and out. nothing that slows you up on the job. Feels as heavy duty as rental ones from gyprock just not as smooth. Who cares when all you want to do is hold a sheet in place. Lifting action is same as rental one. Grab one. Happy days

no issues ,actually seemed to have extra part , i don't what to say about a simple product but it works seems strong

I have quite a steep entrance into my garage. I've attached winch to back wall, disconnect my boat from car and simply attach hook from winch to the trailer, press remote and boat and trailer safely towed into garage no effort,(magic). Great value for money unit.Well designed and manufactured.Cost of unit equivalent to about one days hire of a similar unit. Made first gyprocking ceiling job a breeze-unit paid for itself first time used. Very happy

I use it to pull logs onto my trailer. Saves time. Great little product.

I am not using the winches for there intended use but have adapted them to use on my slide on camper. 2 raise and lower the legs to lift it of the ute [ about 900 kg] and 1 raises the roof of the sleeping compartment, they work great.
